Murat Sözen is the managing partner and founder of Neovas. Murat has more than 20 years of technology consulting experience offering value added services for the enterprise clients. Mr. Sözen has demonstrated success in developing and implementing new IT initiatives with strong background in finance and telecommunications sectors.

He participated in various critical IT projects in Turkey to deliver both quick wins, and also lighthouse IT projects in Turkey with sizes up to nine million users. He worked with Microsoft Turkey for more than ten years, where he led the application development consulting department. He was also the head of Telco Services Practice.

Prior to Microsoft,  Murat worked with Akbank and İş Bankası for six years with the opportunity to initiate and lead pos, atm, branch automation, and financial transaction processing projects.. He began his career as a freelance consultant to Exxon, and Alarko.

Mr. Atakan Titiz is the founder of Atakan Consulting Services. He has vast experience in Microsoft Technology Platform and Infrastructure.

He worked with Microsoft for eight years as a consultant employee. His focus were System Center family of products, Operating System Deployment, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Active Directory Services, and Exchange Server. Before joining Microsoft, he worked as the Manager of Research Development with Vestel for two years. He has deep experience in Microsoft server systems including but not limited to Microsoft Exchange Server, Communications Server, and System Center family of server products. He also holds  ITIL, MCT, MCSE, and MCSE+I  certifications as well. Mr. Titiz is married and has two children.

 Türker Gülüm is a board member of Turkish Informatics Association and a former board member of Linux Users Association.He is also a member of Bilkent University CTIS Advisory Board. Mr. Gülüm is also the founder of Profelis IT Consulting which was established in 2007. He also worked as the representative of Oracle Academy in Turkey.

Before Profelis, he was the Director of Informatics Department of The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey for more than two years. His past experience includes working with UNDP as an IT consultant. He was also the the team leader for system administration at Middle East Technical University and Near East University for five years. Mr. Gülüm earned his Master's degree from Middle East Technical University.

Mr. Irfan Doganoglu advocates on finance and administration. He is the Managing Partner of Makro Finance Consulting. He earned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) degree in 2001, with specialization in trustee management and regulations, mergers and acquisitions.

He has strong experience in cooperative trading systems, cost based accounting, and social security regulations. He also offers his experience in the areas of tax courts and tax payer's suites. Mr. Doganoglu worked with various companies as a seasonal CFO since 1993. He is married with two children.
